I'm still mourning our return from the beach (would have stayed there forever if I could.) Here's one of my favorite shots from the week. It was taken with my little point and shoot (as were many photos of the trip), so the quality is not so great, but the light was so beautiful, and this photo makes me happy just to look at it. Hope you enjoy it too.

This is a lovely gift idea. I made a scrapbook for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday last year with photos of her from when she was young to present and she loved it... although I wasn't nearly as creative as you in that I used a standard scrapbook for the outside.
I'm not very good about geography around your way (I'm all the way over in the UK) but Gulf Shores sounds like it should be 'round the corner' from the West coast beaches of Florida. It certainly looks as beautiful and I can appreciate why you love it so much. If I'm away from the sea I miss it terribly!
Nice site - you commented over at my place (http://angelcel.wordpress.com) which is what brought me here. :)
Love, love the cute little album, Pam, and that little red car is like the cherry on top! Mini albums are one of my favorite things. If you have the time, and would be interested, I'd love it if you'd join the design team at Paper Cutz Challenge. The commitment would be one card, LO or project a week. If you're interested, just leave me a comment @ cardforu or papercutzchallenge.
Hugs,
Mary
I always admire other peoples craftiness because I have zero..lol! Very cute book!!
And there's just something about the beach that is so relaxing!
That is an adorable card! I have similar stamps, so I might just have to copy your idea. :)

Pam, those beaches you were able to visit are certainly different from our home state of Missouri, aren't they. Glad you were able to experience it.
Just wanted to thank you for following Diane's Designs and Women to Women: Sharing Jesus. I'm delighted you are visiting each blog. Hope you are blessed in some way through them.
Glad to know a fellow Missourian is participating!
That is adorable. What a great idea.
Oh wow, these are beautiful! Well done.
I'm going to give it a try (although I'm Very Not Crafty so they probably won't be as cute!)
